The youthful area of quarter latin with its lot of cafes, restaurants and cinemas is very close too. It has an open view that looks out on to the roofs of paris an tower eiffel.
This quite charming and calm 25m² studio is located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator and a security system. The building is clean and modern, the apartment light and airy. The studio has been recently painted and is fully equipped. It has wood floor in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with door, a sink and mirror, a washing machine, a heater made to dry towels, a hair drier and a toilet.
